Colostrum leaking from breasts after abortion.?

I had a surgical abortion on the 18 of January. I noticed just about 2 days ago that when I got out of the shower a small tiny drop of fluid was coming out from each if my breasts. Also my breasts are sore still. I was 8 weeks when I got the procedure done. Is thus normal I've read mixed answers bout this. So please if u have been through this or know someone who has please help. My followup is in another week or so.
