Hack for sims with college in ordinary neighborhood?

A few days back I was looking at a mod where you could set certain lots in your regular sims neighborhood to be university lots and thus grow up any teen residing on that lot to a young adult and play them as such, even in your regular neighborhood. Since then however, I haven't been able to find it in my internet history, and I was wondering where it was? Anyone know?
