Should i followup on my interview last week?

I went on an interview Friday and while I was there, the gentlemen said I would most likely hear from him this week for a second interview. He was going to call me and a couple other people in to meet other managers. I have yet to hear from him. Do u think I should followup with him to see if he still wants to set up second interview or just wait it out? I really want this job and I am very interested in what they do!
