How do i get a job with no experience?

im 17,i sent in about 30 applications nothing happened. Two places i called for a followup said they hired peopl e with experiance. how can i get experiance if i cant get a job? i really need a job my family has no money for me and i dont want to be bored and deppresed all summer. any advice?
