Iffy about Fantastic Sams?!?

I was planning on going to get my hair total-colored red at Fantastic Sams. But. I have red everyone's comments about Fantastic Sams and some of them sound like you've had really bad experiences there/you think they are really bad. I would like to know what's up with it. Now im iffy on going to Fantastic Sams. I need lots of answers please! Thanks for your help!
