I took my rabbit to vets last friday (11 feb) with head tilt, they diagnosed ear infection.?

ear drops were prescribed and painkillers. he was fine till the wed when the last thing he ate was a carrot. followup app on the fri they said his ears were still pussy but not too bad. since then i have had him to another vets, he hasnt eated, i am syringe feeding him recovery sachets. on sunday a vet filled back his teeth as a precautionary measure coz they werent showing any signs of being the cause of him not eating. he is no taking panucur for e caniculi (just incase), painkillers, baytril antibiotics and zantac. he has had five gut stimulate injections last one on monday. vet on monday said another 48 hours and they will be wanting to put him to sleep because i am watching him waste away effectively! he is drinking and urinating and we have some small pellets. i dont want to take my rabbit to vets tomorrow to be put to sleep. can someone advise me what i can do next?? i am desterate. we love our rabbit so much. he is a house rabbit, was a large black lion head but has lost a lot of weight. we adopted him from pets at home and they thought he was about 4/5 years old. we will have had him a year next month. i am not ready to give up on my rabbit!!!
