I need advice on my silver shaded persian cat?

She is female, and had been taken to the vet to get shaved down and bathed, and apparently they sedated her because they were too afraid to deal with her feistyness when they wanted to do a followup on an abscess on her chest. I am concerned about her because she can hardly walk and seems really weak and all she really seems to want to do is lay there and sleep. It has been almost 3 hours now since i got her from the vet's office and am concerned that if she does not eat or drink soon she might die. Any helpful info would be greatly appreciated regarding Ellie, thank you.
