The Followup to my previous question!?

Hey I just want to thank all of you who responded to my last question about working my self to death this summer! Some of you had asked me to include a photo of myself so you guys/girls could see what I look like, but I don't know how to add or upload a photo here. Does anybody know how to do it and can anyone help me out?
