On Implanon & Pregnant?

Im 26yo with graves disease my baby is 10mos i went on implanon @ my 6wk followup the last couple of weeks ive been feeling weird movement in my stomach i have been nauseous for a while not alot of vomiting last night my breasts started leaking i stopped breastfeeding when she was 5months because i dried up. I don't think i could carry another right now and i definitely can't afford another
