Do you have to pay for a followup visit to your family doctor?

I am going in for the same problem that was not correctly addressed last time, I was not cured. Do I need to pay another co payment this time. There is an incentive for the doctor to not cure the illness the first time if you have to pay again. Because then they will earn more money by having you come in again to get it cured the next time. So for that reason it is really bad if you have to pay again it makes doctors benefit from not curing you soon. How does it work with your plan and your doctor? I would assume it is the same for most people.
