What are the cons and flaws of Windows Phone?

I'm thinking about getting the samsung focus windows phone but I'm kinda iffy on how windows phone is still kinda recent so I could also decide to get the HTC inspire instead. What are the cons of the windows phone? Or if you can, maybe what are the cons of the android htc inspire as well? Sorry I can't afford the iphone so its out of the question :(
