Should I let my Uncle give me oral?

Surgery? He just graduated, and I'm a little iffy on letting his "experiment" on me for his first surgery. But i don't want to hurt his feelings and say no to him and go to someone else, i think that would really hurt his feelings. Plus, this is a really big surgery and i want some experienced. Any suggestions for what I should do?
