My husband has had a mri done 3 months ago?

and was told he had a single focus of white matter signal intensity in the right frontal lobe, with prominent perivascular space at the level of the anteriotr commisure on the right with surrounding gliosis. Signal intensity to rest of brain is normal and todays followup should slight change is previous mri, but nothing drastic. he has had a field vision exam with vision loss in both eyes nothing major, and been told of possible ms....anyone have any insight on this...all help is appreciated. Thanks
