34 weeks bad lower back pains please read details?

just got home a day ago from a 2 day stay at the hospital beacause of contractions. It started with low back ache then I started having diarrhea then vomitting. I knew I was sick because my lil one just got over a stomach virus and my husband is sick as well. I went into the hospital because I couldnt stop throwing up. They told me I was having contractions a shot of tributerol to stop contractions which came back and gav me another shot. The contractions stoped and sent me home after my fever went down. Now a day later I just woke up with major lower back pain and vomitting some but not enough to be dehydrated. I dont feel any contractions as I didnt last night but am again feeling pain in my thighs like last time. What do you think am I going into labor again even though they thought it was from dehydration ? It started with back pain yesterday to. Please help, I have a followup tommorow.
