Are my hcg levels ok?

I was in the ER 2 days ago for some spotting and Immense cramping! they thought i was having a miscarriage and did blood work and an ultrasound. My hcg levels were at 5100ish and the ultrasound showed a gestational sac with a yolk sac measuring 5weeks 3 days.. no fetal pole but it they said thats normal and could show up next week. also they found a 2.9cm ovarian cyst on my right ovary. so they had me do followup blood work today to check my levels and they are at 8862. im gonna assume that since they went up that theyre still considered normal. is it ok that they didnt double but went up at least 60%?
