Cost of getting headlights rebuilt?

Got in a wreck last year and had my car rebuilt. The headlights where ripped on the front in the bodyshop were friends of mine and put my car back together for just the cost of parts. The only thing they didnt fix were the headlights. They replaced the brights for the reg headlights, and no I have no brights. Would it be terribly expensive to fix this? My cars a 96 Chrysler concorde. I was thinking of just getting a new one, but now that my credit is kind of iffy im thinking of just repairing the issues with this car but dont want to be spending anymore than 2k to get this fixed.
