GTA San Andreas DYOM Mod?

I downloaded the SA Design Your Own Mission mod from GTAGarage.com, and the ReadMe says I need to pu the MPack Folder into the User Files Folder. I did that, but whenever I try to open it ingame, the dam thing crashes! What can I do about this?
