Has anyone experienced this?

In jan i had a miscarriage i Bleed for 5 days i went 2 my doc 4 a followup a few days later and my urine test was negative they neves did a blood test and just told me i def had a mc its now feb 26 and last weds i wemt into the doc for anothes more through follow up wher they had found i am pregnant again now cause my hormone level is 9000 they say i could have had a partial mc or never had one or a early pregnancy i have 2 wait 4 2 days 2 find out us on monday has this happened 2 anyone i am going nuts! Im so scared that i have a dead baby in me or im prego and im gonna lose it plz help any info!
