How to download the rfactor for dirt racing?

I went to rfactor.net and its this road racing crap. I couldnt find the dirt racing like mods and late models there. How do i download it? I dont know if my computer would be able to do it anyways cause it always seems to have trouble downloading anything. So could i buy like a dvd of it and just put it in the copmuter when i want to play?
