Is there a way to play against AI bots in Call of Duty World at War?

This would be like Combat Training in Black Ops. I don't think that there is a real way to do this, bu I know that on the PC, which I play on, people can do mods and stuff and create their own maps and all, and I was wondering if maybe I could create a server with bots by making a modded server. If you know how or anything like that please help. It will be greatly appreciated!!
