Knee pain x-ray result question?

Knee pains often happen when a tendon tightens up after some trauma to it and that pulls the knee cap up on and into the knee to cause the pains. Tight tendons don't show up on the scans so they won't be found. Even if they were found the dr.'s and p.t. people don't know how to free them up to get rid of your pains, they like to cut instead.
