you dont put the quotation marks in. you leave them out and just put put in process_cq settlement name. As for cities like Minas Tirith and Dol Amroth you have to change the name of the city by putting a dash in between the the two words such as Minas-Tirth. in the settlement name part you are not allowed to have spaces. ex. process_cq Minas-Tirith, process_cq Dol-Amroth, process_cq Arnach. if you want to continualy press process_cq without retyping it all over again for the same city you type in the the name the first time (process_cq Minas-Tirith) press enter and then use the up arrow key to bring in up again and then of course press enter repeatlt until all your buildings are complete (works with money as well add_money 100000).
