Should i follow up again?

i applied for this internship and had a phone screening. they said i will here by the end of november. i didnt here so i followed up on the first week of december. they replied saying they are waiting for a hiring scedule and email me as soon as they got it.they havnt emailed yet and its almost a month.shall i followup again and what should i say
