What do I say when I call to followup on handing in my resume?

There was an ad on the internet for a job opening and I sent it to the email address, but then I brought in my cover letter and resume to the actual job site. Now, a couple weeks later they are posting the job again on the internet. What can i say when i call them to follow up?
