What should i do?!?!?

ok so there's this girl at my school and all my friends enemy's and iffy friends say she likes me and her friends do to but every time they bring it up she blushes look's at me and faintly shakes her head and she is super shy so should i ask her out or wait 100000 years till she askes me cause she's so shy... please help =)
