What's wrong with my 2001 Sebring convertible followup?

got an 2002 sebring 48,000 miles, got a friend has a 2000 sebring has 120,000 miles and a guy at work his intrepid is pushing 180,000 i here from him and other 2.7 owners ya got change oil evey 3000 miles or they gunk up and clog the oil passage holes that were designed to small. motor don'nt get oil it will do just as you explained. you can try some engine additive but could make it worst.
