How to make your sister trade with you?

She has an iPhone but it can'tgo on YouTube so she is always borrowing my iPod touch (1st) and it's really annoying and I want an iPhone cuz it has camera and speaker. She is iffy about the trade but I really want to trade with her cuz I can go on YouTube via computer. How do I make her trade?
